Sorry Zooey and I didn’t say hello from Lithuania, but good morning (even though it’s noon, as it’s our one day to sleep in) from our hotel in Warsaw.

Check out the view!

Franklin teaches my nephew Liam how to sound like an owl. He’s getting really good! What a hootie cutie :-)
Franklin and I enjoy the salty OCNJ air while reading on the front porch of the beach house. Thanks for the recommendation, Nina!
Franklin cheers on his ‘Cats to their 24-17 victory over BC from a sports grill on the OCNJ boardwalk. He’s only sorry this touching Fitz moment happened while he wasn’t looking. Franklin loves hugs.
I’m so excited to see everyone in a week!

Mallorie brought her owl to Coney Island’s Mermaid Parade. Looks like they had a great time!

Zooey with me at my grandparents’ in Miami (what a view!) before we leave for Europe.
Zooey with the luggage. 4 months is a lot to pack for, but I couldn’t leave my owl behind.
LICO and see y’all in January!

Faye and I went on an adventure to Psi Chapter’s Bid Day! Fun Fact: their chapter house is on the National Registry of Historic Places, as is the Chi Omega Greek Theatre.

Faye got pictures with the portrait of Jobelle, a bust of Doc Charles, and a picture of Ethel Switzer Howard. We also poked around in some of the bedrooms and got a picture in the “New Attic” which is a 12ish person room (another fun fact: Momma Bryan lived in the New Attic when she was an active, but she took over a walk-in closet and made it her own little room).

The last picture (the one that Faye isn’t in) is the dining room literally overflowing with gifts for all 131 new babies. Each new member gets a basket stuffed with swag, including handmade owl & chi o paintings. It’s actually insane.
